7 Hour MSHA Training Course
You will receive 7 hours* of training on the topics listed below. Most or all of the training may meet MSHA anual refresher training requirements depending upon your training plan.
(*Must be listed as part of your Part-46 training plan at least 2 weeks prior to the training day. Certificates will be mailed to participants after the course is completed.*)
This course will cover Ground Control Safety:
- Regulation of benches, scaling, highwalls, drilling, pits, and spoil banks
- Geology of mining
And Structural Safety:
- Regulations pertaining to belt lines, high beams, walkways, and other structures
Training will take place on from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Thursday, February 26 at the CSSGA Offices (6880 S. Yosemite Ct., Centennial, CO 80112). Member price is $25, Non-member $50 – all supplemental training materials and lunch are included.
