Members of the Legislative Subcommittee at the February 17 Committee Meeting
The Legislative Subcommittee members along with the Association’s lobbyist, Totsy Rees, have been keeping busy monitoring, supporting, and opposing legislation this month. Ben Frei, Totsy Rees, and Garrett Varra gave a presentation at the February 19 Legislative Breakfast. The presentation covers the following:

- CDOT’s Public-Private Partnerships in relation to Hwy. 36
Doug Kemper, Executive Director of the Colorado Water Congress, spoke at the February 19th Legislative Breakfast. He gave an overview of the Water Congress and their history, legislation they are monitoring in 2014, and current Initiatives that are up for vote in the state.
