Hello Members!
The most important ingredient to our success is the participation and engagement of our membership. Each of our committees needs participation to accomplish its goals. I want to encourage employees from each of our members to join us at our events and committee meetings. I know this can be a tough task to accomplish as we all strive to maximize every hour put in by our employees. With this in mind, I know that further participation from our members will make our association stronger, and lead to development of our industry’s future leaders. These intrinsic benefits can’t be seen on a balance sheet, but are important nevertheless.
