Since CSSGA and CRMCA’s first COVID-19 webinar focused on changes to regulation in response to the virus only a month has passed. In that time agencies have clarified some regulation, issued new regulation and congress has put out more new federal law in the past month than they have in years. Karl Kumli, an Associate Attorney with Jackson Kelly PLLC’s Workplace Safety and Health and Employment law groups, will discuss the changes to regulation and enforcement by agencies impacting member’s operations including OSHA, MSHA, DOT and the changes to the Colorado statewide stay-at-home order, as well as any ongoing questions related to unemployment, PPP, or other new federal programs for employers.
Monday, April 27
2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
