June 23 Webinar: Workplace Safety COVID-19 Update

Details

Join Jackson Kelly PLLC’s Karl Kumli on June 23 at 2:00 p.m. MST for a webinar “Workplace Safety COVID-19 Update: The more things change the more they stay… Muddled.”

As the Biden Administration has had time to settle in, and appoint some, but not all of the new leadership at the Department of Labor, COVID vaccination rates have been on the rise and case rates on the decline nationwide. This has lead the CDC to issue amended guidance regarding masking and activities for vaccinated individuals. However, OSHA and MSHA have lagged behind in updating guidance for employers, while the EEOC has permitted more strident vaccine requirements than most expected.

To untangle the web of rules, guidance, and best practices, CSSGA/CRMCA are pleased to host a one hour webinar designed to address the current changes and answer industry specific questions about what might be coming.
