Our Team

Todd R. Ohlheiser, CAE

Todd Ohlheiser has been Executive Director for the CSSGA, as well as the Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association (CRMCA) since 2013. Prior to that, he spent many years in the construction, aggregate mining and concrete industries managing businesses and operations in both US and Canada. In his current capacity, Todd oversees both associations in an effort to positively impact legislative, regulatory and safety related issues within the aggregate mining and concrete sectors through educational outreach, lobbying efforts, and quality improvement programs.

Todd is a Certified Association Executive, holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, a B. S. in Business Administration from Regis University and an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the North Dakota State College of Science.

Emma Dolan

Emma began working with the Colorado Stone, Sand & Gravel Association as the Communications & Administrative Manager in 2022 after five years in the industry working with the Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association.

Emma focuses on broadening the impact of the aggregate mining and ready mixed concrete industries in the state, creating messaging to increase awareness of the benefits of the industries for a wide range of stakeholders, and advancing member engagement. She is responsible for working with committees, event planning and administrative needs for CSSGA & CRMCA.

Emma holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Northern Iowa. She has resided in Colorado since 2015 and has professional experience in office administration, marketing strategy and program coordination.
